Camping Information
Please read and complete an Informed Consent Waiver for each person. If you have any medical risk, please read and complete the Basic Medical Questionnaire. Bring these items, along with your ticket, to the gate when you arrive at the festival.
- Wonderwood Festival is held at 7,600 feet. It is important that you check with your health care provider before purchasing your ticket. People with pre-existing medical conditions should talk with a doctor before traveling to high elevation.
- Plan for NO internet or cell phone service on site.
- Bring cash for purchases, electronic purchase devices may not be functioning.
- There is wildlife all around and in the campgrounds. Outside the fence, there may also be cattle.
- Come rain or shine, Wonderwood will happen. This is an all-weather event and only acts of the Gods or wildfire will cause a cancellation.
- All tickets include a tent campsite with access to potable water and vault toilets.
- All vehicles will be required to park in the designated parking area.
- Each person/group is responsible for bringing all their own supplies needed to camp for three days and two nights.
- Please do not bring pets/animals with you. Please read through the What To Pack list for other restrictions and tips.
- Small camper sites may be available to those with health concerns, please send an email to plainsfolk.community@gmail.com to request a camper site.
- There are no refunds for tickets. All sales are final.
